Shipping policy
Where we ship from
Luidgi Shop is operated from São Paulo, Brazil. Our products are stored in and shipped from a fulfillment warehouse in the United States, so your order does not cross international customs and you will never be charged import duties.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–9 business days within the continental United States. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 4–11 business days.
We currently ship to the United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands may take longer. We do not ship to APO/FPO military addresses.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders. No minimum.
Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us and we will look into it.
Incorrect addresses
We ship to the address entered at checkout, so please double-check it. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will reship once you confirm the correct address; you are responsible for the reshipping cost in that case.
Delays outside our control
Carrier delays, severe weather and peak-season backlogs can push delivery past our estimate. We will always help you track a late package, and if a carrier confirms it lost, we replace it or refund you in full.
